According to 1UP, a report from Sony states that the electronics giant is planning to release a new Uncharted 2 themed Home Space.  The Space, which is based on a Nepalese village, will feature a cool board game as its main attraction.  Titled “Fortunate Thieves”, the game pits two players against each other as they attempt to find treasure.  Certain board changing cards, such as “earthquake”, impede your opponents progress while you move closer to the treasure.

This Uncharted 2 themed space will join a Ratchet and Clank space in the same vain, featuring a tower defense game based in the R&C universe.  This is all part of Sony’s ever expanding quest to rule the multiverse!  No, not really.  It’s actually their way of trying to make Home a viable gaming platform in its own right.  Whether that succeeds or not remains to be seen.  What’s certain is that this U2 space will be a must own for any Drake fan.
