Perhaps we are just being impatient, but if you remember, the Sony Pictures Uncharted movie is set to be released on June 10th 2016. Allegedly Seth Gordon was planning to start filming “in the new year”. Well, we are now almost into April of that new year, and we can’t help but feel that time is very much slipping by. We would have expected at least a casting announcement by now, and lets face it; the role of Nathan Drake is one of the more talked about jobs up for grabs in Hollywood.

We are not experts of film making, so it is entirely possible that we are wide of the mark, but wouldn’t it be reasonable to have heard who the leading guy is? Has the Uncharted movie been sneakily delayed as well as the (less sneakily) delayed Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End? This movie’s timeline hasn’t exactly been smooth, so far.
